Which META Tags Do You Use?

There are very many HTML META tags, but I get the impression most people only use a few (content, description, robots.) Which do you use and why? Do you use any of the lesser well known ones, if so which?

I use all the meta tags. They seem to be very search-engine friendly and the search engines are loving them.

My sites are doing pretty well with my meta tag selection and optimization.
